Discovery & Design

We walk your kitchen, meet your team, and learn what your people want to eat. You approve the menu concept and employee pricing model.

Build the Team

We recruit and hire your dedicated Food Service Manager first, then build out the full 6-person team. Every hire is ServSafe-trained and background-checked.

Launch

A one-week soft launch gives us the chance to refine service. Then we open fully, coordinated with your internal comms team.

Run & Improve

Weekly operational reviews in the first 90 days. Quarterly business reviews thereafter. Menu refreshes every 90 days based on real data.
